		<description>Hehe, been there done that.
Had a similar experience but with an added twist: when UPS (different company, same #@%&amp;!) had failed delivery at my home (prerequisite for next step) and I asked them to deliver it to my workplace, to which they agreed (sullenly, but still), they could only do this if I told them the zip code to my workplace. I had no internet access at the time of the call and I humbly asked them if they, being a delivery company, could maybe provide this themselves since there is only one such street in Stockholm, the answer was a resounding - you guessed it - no. When I asked the person if  she could use her computer to have a look at hitta.se she hung up. 
I had to find the zip code and call back at a later time, repeat my case and next day finally got it delivered.
